O R D E R

This petition has been filed by the petitioner to direct the respondent to file a final report in Crime No.158 of 2023 dated 17.10.2023 on the file of the respondent within the time stipulated by this Court.

2. According to the petitioner, she is the defacto complainant in this case and based on her complaint, F.I.R in Crime No.158 of 2023 has been registered. Thereafter, no proper investigation has been conducted and so far not filed any final report. Hence, she has filed this petition.

3. The Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondent police would submit that already they completed the investigation and due to stay granted by this Court in Crl.O.P(MD) No. 231 of 2024, they are unable to file the final report.

4. Considering the reasons stated by the respondent police that already they completed the investigation and due to stay granted by this Court in Crl.O.P(MD) No.231 of 2024, they are unable to file the final Page No. 2 of 4
