Prayer:- Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to call for the records of the respondents in connection with the impugned orders issued by the 2nd respondent in No.J/XP.227/DAR/153/4/TS/IPF/SNP/PGT/2020 dated 17.08.2020 and the 3rd respondent by a proceeding dated 10.08.2020 and quash the same and further direct the 1st and 2nd respondents to proceed the enquiry in respect of the charge Memorandum dated 06.01.2014 under Railway Servants (D & A) rules 1968.

O R D E R

This Court, by its order dated 02.03.2022, directed Mrs.P.Sugapriya, learned counsel, who appeared for the petitioner, to file an affidavit explaining the reasons for disrespecting the Court proceedings.

2.By compliance of the order dated 02.03.2022, the learned counsel has filed an affidavit.

3.In view of the fact that Mrs.P.Sugapriya, learned counsel has filed an affidavit tendering unconditional apology, further actions are dropped. However, the learned counsel hereafter should follow the High Court Video Conferencing Rules strictly while representing a case before the High Court.

4.Today, Mr.R.Dhineshkumar, learned counsel appeared for the petitioner and made a submission that in connection with other case, the petitioner was already dismissed from service. 5.In view of the above submission, no further adjudication is required in this writ petition and accordingly, the same stands closed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
