Prayer:- Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for the issuance of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus calling for the entire records relating to the impugned orders passed by the 1st respondent in his proceedings No.Na.Ka.D3/3189/07 dated 30.9.2014 and quash the same and consequently direct the respondents to issue patta and make necessary name transfers in favour of the petitioners in the revenue records for the lands comprised in S.Nos.1638, 1639, 1621 situated in Melavattan Village pit I Tuticorin Taluk and District.

ORDER
