Respondent Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondent to pay the amount of Rs.2,70,000/- (Rupees Two Lakhs Seventy Thousand Only) as educational loan towards the course of Diploma in General Nursing and Midwifery, 3 and half years course within the time stipulated by this Court For petitioner : Mr.F.Deepak For Respondent : Mr.S.Devaraj
ORDER
The prayer in this Writ Petition is to consider the request for granting educational loan to the petitioner.
2. Mr.S.Devaraj, learned Standing takes notice for the respondent.
3. By consent, the writ petition itself is taken up for final disposal.
4. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Standing Counsel for the respondent Bank fairly conceded that the request of the petitioner will be considered for granting of educational loan towards the course of Diploma in General Nursing and Midwifery to the petitioner, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
5. Recording the said submission, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
