O R D E R

[Order of the Court was made by ABDUL QUDDHOSE, J.] By consent of both the parties, the following order is passed:- a) The petitioner shall pay a sum of Rs.10 Lakhs on or before 30.05.2022.

b) The petitioner shall then pay a sum of Rs.15 Lakhs on or before 30.06.2022.

c) Thereafter, the petitioner shall pay a sum of Rs.15 Lakhs on or before 30.07.2022.

d) Thereafter, the petitioner shall pay a sum of Rs.15 Lakhs on or before 30.08.2022.

e) On payment of a sum of Rs.10 Lakhs on or before 30.05.2022 as stated supra, the respondent bank shall not proceed further pursuant to the impugned possession notice. In case of any default https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

W.P.[MD]No.10242 of 2022 in payment of any of the aforementioned installments, the respondent bank is at liberty to proceed further pursuant to the impugned possession notice.

2.In terms of the aforesaid directions, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
