PRAYER : Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, call for the records pertaining to the impugned proceedings in Na.Ka.No.Va3/15005/2020, dated 18.08.2020 on the file of the Respondent No.1 and quash the same as illegal and consequently to direct the Respondent No.1 to include the petitioner above the Respondent No.4 in the panel for promotion to the post of Deputy Block Development Officer for the year 2020-2021.
