2. When the matter was taken up for hearing, learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) would submit that an FIR has been registered in Crime No.150 of 2025, after enquiry on the complaint made by the defacto complainant. After investigation of the same, the FIR has been closed on 30.04.2025. He would further submit that no petition or enquiry is pending against the petitioners.
