ORDER
This revision has been filed seeking for a direction to the Principal District Judge, Dindigul to dispose of the appeal in A.S.No.1 of 2014, within a time frame.
2.Mr.M.Saravanan, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and perused the materials available on record. 3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that in the suit filed by the petitioner, after contest, a preliminary decree was passed on 01.10.2013. Aggrieved over the judgment and decree, the defendant has preferred an appeal before the Principal District Judge, Dindigul, on 02.01.2014. 4.The appeal is being adjourned for more than two years and the delay causes prejudice to the petitioner and therefore, a direction can be given to the learned Principal District Judge, Dindigul.
5.Considering the above said submissions, the learned Principal District Judge, Dindigul shall dispose of the appeal in A.S.No.1 of 2014, as expeditiously as possible preferably on or before 31.08.2016.

6. With the above direction, this Civil Revision Petition is disposed of. No costs.
