ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed, invoking Section 482 Cr.P.C., seeking orders to direct the I Additional District and Sessions Judge (PCR) Court, Thanjavur, to consider the bail application to be filed by the petitioners on the same day on their surrender in connection with Crime No.301 of 2023 on the file of the 2nd respondent.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondent.

3. Even though the learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that from the place of occurrence, one mobile phone, Rs.10,000/- cash and a two wheeler were recovered by the Police, but perusal of CD file shows that, no recovery has been made.

4. With the above said observation, I find no reason to entertain this petition. Hence, this petition deserves dismissal and accordingly dismissed. The petitioner is directed to surrender before the concerned Court and seek regular bail.
