The contempt petition has been filed complaining that the respondent had not complied with the direction of this Court in W.P. (MD).No. 23183 of 2022, dated 01.11.2022.

2.It is stated by the learned Special Government Pleader, who appears on behalf of the respondent that the respondent had filed Writ Appeal before the Division Bench, along with the delay condonation application and the delay was condoned. The delay condonation order was passed in the presence of the petitioner only. The order in the writ petition would be re-examined by the Division Bench. 3.In view of the above, this contempt petition is closed.
