ORDER
In this Writ Petition, the petitioner seeks direction to the respondents to extent leave granted to the her husband and give him another 45 days leave for taking treatment for her husband by considering her representation, dated 25.03.2015.
2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner's husband is life convict. Indisputably, the petitioner's husband lost both his eye sites, inspite of the treatment given.
3. It is submitted by the learned Government Advocate(Crl. Side) that at present treatment is being continued at the central prison, Madurai.

4. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner's husband is required to get specialised treatment outside the prison, by considering the precarious situation.
5. As there is no dispute on facts, this court is inclined to grant thirty days(30 days) for taking appropriate eye treatment. A direction is issued to the third respondent to release the petitioner on parole subject to the usual conditions that can be imposed.
