ORDER

This Civil Revision Petition is filed for a direction to the learned Judge, Family Court, Tirunelveli, to dispose of the case in H.M.O.P.No.214 of 2019 within a time frame as may be fixed by this Court.

2.Though the petition was filed in 2019, having regard to the peculiar facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is of the view that a direction for early disposal of the proceedings will be in the interest of both parties. Hence, this Civil Revision Petition is allowed and the learned Judge, Family Court, Tirunelveli, is directed to dispose of the case in H.M.O.P.No.214 of 2019 on merits and in accordance with law within a period of ten months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
