ORDER
The petitioner has filed the present Writ Petition to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to dispose of his application dated 25.07.2019 within the time frame stipulated by this Court.
2.Mr.V.Anand, learned Government Advocate takes notice for the respondents.

3.By consent, the Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal at the stage of admission itself.
4.According to the petitioner, he made a representation dated 25.07.2019 to the second respondent to survey the land and mark the boundaries to the petitioner's property in Survey No.62/7B situated at Periyakovilangulam Village, Sankarankovil Taluk, Tenkasi District. Since no action has been taken on the side of the respondents, the petitioner has filed the present Writ Petition. 5.The learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents submitted that the petitioner's representation dated 25.07.2019 would be considered on merits and in accordance with law, within a time frame to be fixed by this Court. 6.In view of the submission made by the learned Government Advocate, this Court, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, directs the second respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 25.07.2019 and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law, after affording due opportunity of hearing to the petitioner and other interested parties, if any, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
7.With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
