C-60.To modify the conditional order in Paragraph No.6 of the order passed in Crl MP(MD) No.20652/2025 in Crl RC(MD) No.1676 of 2025 by substituting the direction to appear before the Chief Judicial Magistrate Court, Tirichirappalli mentioned therein.

ORDER

Considering the age of the petitioner, who is a senior citizen of 88 years old, the condition that the petitioner shall appear before the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate Court, Tirichirappalli, is modified as the petitioner shall appear before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Chengalpattu, once in a month continuously for a period of one year.
