Yen.09/2019 dated 03.02.2020 reliving the petitioner service from 4th respondent school and further direct the respondents to permit the petitioner to continue his service with 4th respondent.

Alleging non-compliance of the orders of this Court in W.P.(MD) No.2476 of 2020, dated 02.07.2020, the petitioner has filed this contempt petition.

2.Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, learned Additional Government Pleader submitted that the arrears amount has been paid to the petitioner, as such, the orders of this Court has been complied with.

3.In view of the aforesaid submission, this contempt petition stands closed.
