Heard the learned counsel on either side. By consent of both parties, this writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.

2.The petitioner seeks issuance of legal heir certificate for the deceased individual. She has given an application dated 01.06.2020 in this regard.

W.P.(MD)No.10423 of 2020 3.The learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondent states that the respondent will consider the said application, hold an enquiry and dispose it of on merits and in accordance with law within a period of eight weeks. 4.Recording the said submission, I direct the respondent to pass orders on the petition mentioned application within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order. 5.The writ petition is disposed of accordingly.
