The writ petition has been filed for a direction, directing the respondents 1 to 3 to take action against the respondents 4 to 11 for excommunicating the petitioner and 3 other families and consequently to forbear the respondents 4 to 11 from conducting Katta Panchayat and imposing social disability including the excommunication in the village.

2.Perusal of the records, it is seen that the prayer sought in this writ petition has become infructuous. 3.Accordingly, this writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
