ORDER

The petitioner has filed the present Writ Petition to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to dispose of his representation dated 21.08.2020 within the time frame stipulated by this Court.

2.Mr.P.Kannidevan, learned Additional Government Pleader takes notice for the respondents.

3.According to the petitioner, he made a representation dated 21.08.2020 to the respondents to survey the house property comprised in Survey No.66/12 to an extent of 0.1.14 ares situated at Kappiliyapatti, Mullipadi Village, Dindigul Taluk, Dindigul District and to demarcate the same. Since no action has been taken on the side of the respondents, the petitioner has filed the present Writ Petition.

W.P(MD)No.10417 of 2020 4.The learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents submitted that without giving a reasonable opportunity to the authority concerned to consider the representation, the petitioner has filed the present Writ Petition within 10 days from the date of the representation. However, the learned Additional Government Pleader, on instructions, submitted that the application of the petitioner would be considered, at an earliest, on merits and in accordance with law.

5.Recording the submission made by the learned Additional Government Pleader, at present, the Writ Petition is dismissed. However, liberty is granted to the petitioner to file a Writ Petition afresh, if he is so advised. No costs.
