The petitioner seeks release of petition mentioned vehicle. 2.The learned Additional Government Pleader submitted that the petitioner is having three previous cases similar in nature and interestingly, the vehicle is also involved in three previous cases similar in nature.

3.Therefore, I am not inclined to show my indulgence in this matter.
