ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner, apprehending arrest at the hands of the respondent Police, in 1/3

connection with a case in Crime No.125 of 2024, for the offence punishable under Section 379 of IPC r/w Section 21(1) of Mines and Minerals (Development and Regulation) Act, 1957, has filed this petition seeking anticipatory bail. 2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is falsely roped in this case. The petitioner is ready to abide by any condition that may be imposed. The petitioner is an innocent person and he has not committed any offence as alleged by the prosecution. Hence, he prays for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent Police submits that three cases are pending against the petitioner, which are similar in nature.

4. Considering the bad antecedent of the petitioner, this Court is not inclined to grant any relief to the petitioner. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
