Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, nobody represented the petitioner.

The prayer sought for in the writ petition is for a direction to the respondents 1 to 3 to accord permission to conduct Kalari Festival from 28.5.2014 to 1.6.2014 in Srivalagurunatha Swamy Angala Parameswari temple in Sathangudi village and to render necessary police protection to conduct the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

festival, based on the representation dated 16.5.2014 3.Perusal of the prayer itself, it is seen that the festival period is already over. Hence, nothing remains in the writ petition to be adjudicated. Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed. No costs.
