(Order of the Court was made by R.MAHADEVAN, J.) Challenging the sale notice dated 02.05.2022, issued by the respondent - Bank, under Section 13(4) of the Securitisation and Reconstruction of Financial Assets and Enforcement of Security Interest Act 2002, the instant writ petition has been filed by the writ petitioner.

2. Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that since the sale has not been taken place and a case is pending before the Debts Recovery Tribunal, this Writ Petition may be closed granting liberty to the petitioner to work out his remedy before the DRT, Madurai.
