ORDER

This petition is filed seeking a direction to the second respondent not to harass the petitioner under the guise of enquiry, on the basis of the complaint given by the third respondent, dated 30.04.2021.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that based upon the complaint given by the third respondent, enquiry was conducted in CP.No.P2/600 and it was closed on 23.06.2021, finding that the dispute is only with regard to a business transaction. Since the enquiry has been closed, the question of harassment does not arise.

3. In view of the above submissions, nothing survives for further direction or consideration. Recording the submissions of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
