COMMON ORDER These Criminal Original Petitions are filed to direct the respondents 1 & 2 to provide adequate police protection to the petitioners for their life and limb to discharge their business activities peacefully from the respondents 3 & 4 and their men based on their representation, dated 19.06.2021.

2.When the matters are taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that based upon their representation, enquiry was undertaken by the respondent police and the matter has been amicably settled between the petitioners and the respondents 3 & 4.

3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that based upon the compromise made among them, the matters have been closed, on 27.07.2021.

4.However, the learned counsel for the respondents 3 & 4 would submit that the petitioners suppressed the real facts. 5.From the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioners as well as the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, it is seen that the matters have been compromised among the parties. On that basis, it has been closed by the respondent police. Hence, nothing survives for further consideration or direction in this petition.

6.Recording the submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, these Criminal Original Petitions are disposed of as infructuous.
