ORDER

This revision is filed seeking for a direction to the First Additional Sub Court, Tiruchirappalli to dispose of the appeal suit in A.S.No.157 of 2014, within a time frame.

2. Mr.Dr.L.J.Soundararajan, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the suit filed by the petitioner for permanent injunction before the District Munsif Court, Lalgudi in O.S.No.288 of 2012 was dismissed. Aggrieved over the Judgment and Decree passed by the trial Court, the petitioner has preferred an appeal in A.S.No.157 of 2014. It is further submitted that the appeal is being adjourned for the past two years, without any progress.

3. Considering the above submission, the learned First Additional Sub Judge, Tiruchirappalli shall dispose of the appeal

suit in A.S.No.157 of 2014 as expeditiously as possible preferably on or before 30.09.2016.

4. With the above direction, this Civil Revision Petition is disposed of. No costs.
