ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner is in judicial custody 28.06.2018 for the offence punishable under Section 302 IPC in Crime No.279 of 2018 on the file of the respondent police. He seeks bail. 2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent police. 3.In this case, the investigation is substantially over. The co-accused have been granted bail. The petitioner is not having any previous case. Hence, this Court is inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail with certain conditions. Accordingly, the petitioner is ordered to be released on bail, subject to the following conditions:
(i) The petitioner shall execute a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) with two sureties each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Sivakasi in Virudhunagar District.
(ii) The petitioner shall appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation.

(iv)On breach of any of the aforesaid conditions, the learned Magistrate/Trial Court is entitled to take appropriate action against the petitioner in accordance with law as if the conditions have been imposed and the petitioner released on bail by the learned Magistrate/Trial Court himself as laid down by the Hon'ble Supreme Court in P.K.Shaji vs. State of Kerala [(2005)AIR SCW 5560].
