The present writ petition has been filed to forbear the police from forcibly dispossessing the petitioner from the property. 2.The petitioner and the second respondent are husband and wife and there is a dispute going on between them before the Family Court.

3.It is the case of the petitioner that the second respondent is trying to forcibly evict the petitioner, who is his wife, from the property with the help of the first respondent. 4.The learned Government Advocate would submit that the first respondent has nothing to do with the personal and property disputes between the petitioner and the second respondent. The first respondent has never attempted to dispossess the petitioner from the property and it is for the second respondent to take appropriate https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

action in accordance with law against the petitioner. 5.It is suffice to direct that the first respondent shall not interfere with the personal and property disputes of the petitioner and the second respondent. It is made clear that it is open for the second respondent to take action in accordance with law against the petitioner and seek appropriate relief before the competent Court. 6.With the above observation, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
