ORDER

The petitioner has come forward to file this writ petition seeking a direction against the second respondent from interfere in a civil dispute between the petitioner and the respondents 3 and 4.

2. Heard the learned Counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate, who takes notice for the respondents 1 and 2.

3. By consent, the Writ Petition itself is taken up for final disposal.

4. It is seen from the documents filed by the petitioner that there are three suits pending in O.S.NOs.33 of 2013, 34/2009 and 40 of 2015 before the jurisdictional Courts between the petitioner in one end and the respondents 3 and 4 on the other end. dispute between the parties is civil in nature and it also deals with the agreement and the recovery of money.

5. The learned Government Advocate, on instructions, submitted that the petitioner is not harassed.

6. The said submission made by the learned Government Advocate is also recorded.
