P RAYER : Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus calling for the records relating to the impugned proceedings issued by the 3rd respondent Chief Educational Officer in O.Mu.No.5546/Aa4/2020 dated 12/12/2020 denying permission to fill up the post of PG Assistant (Tamil) the petitioner school, Quash the Same and further Direct the 3rd respondent Chief Educational Officer to give permission to the petitioner for filling up the vacant post of PG Assistant (Tamil), within a reasonable time as may be specified by this Court.
