Heard both sides.

2.The petitioner seeks Police Clearance Certificate from the first respondent. He had already submitted an application in this regard. It is not in dispute that the case pending against the petitioner is only at FIR stage. There cannot be any impediment to process the petitioner's application. The first respondent is directed to issue clearance certificate in favour of the petitioner, subject to fulfilment of the usual formalities. 3.This Writ Petition is allowed accordingly. There shall be no order as to costs.
