ORDER

The petitioners seek issuance of Writ of Mandamus to direct the respondents 1 and 2 to conduct survey, based on the petitioners' representations dated 11.02.2025 and 21.03.2025. 2.I have heard Mr.V.Pandi, learned counsel for the petitioners and Ms.Jayapriya, learned Government Advocate for the respondents 1 to 3. 3.The petitioners seek for survey to be conducted, based on the application dated 21.03.2025, in respect of which, written representations were given even earlier on 11.02.2025 and again on 21.03.2025. The 2/5

petitioners apprehend obstructions by the fourth respondent, who is the neighbouring land owner.

4.In the light of the limited relief sought for by the writ petitioners, this Writ Petition is disposed of directing the respondents 1 and 2 to conduct survey and dispose of the petitioners' application dated 21.03.2025 after putting on notice the fourth respondent and hearing/addressing the objections of the fourth respondent, if any.
