ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner is in judicial custody since 07.12.2017 for the offences punishable under Sections 302 and 457 and 380 I.P.C. in Crime No.380 of 2015, seeks bail.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) for the respondent submitted that it is case of murder for gain. The petitioner is having 17 previous cases to his credit.

4.Taking note of the bad antecedents of the petitioner, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed. 5.It is seen that the final report has been filed and the same was taken on file as P.R.C.No.15 of 2018 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Pattukkottai. The learned Magistrate is directed to conclude the committal proceedings within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The learned Principal Sessions Judge is also directed to assign the case to the concerned Court immediately. There are totally 20 witnesses https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

in this case. The trial Court is directed to conclude the entire trial proceedings within a period of four months therefrom. 6.With these observations, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
