O R D E R

This Writ Petition has been filed to direct the respondents 2 and 3 to conduct an enquiry by consider the petitioner's complaint dated. 11.02.2025 within time stipulated by this Court. 2.According to the petitioner, due to money dispute, the petitioner has lodged a complaint against one Arun Prasad before the respondent police. However, no action was taken. Hence, this petition. 3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent police would submit that after receipt of the complaint of the petitioner, they have issued summons to the petitioner four times. However, the petitioner failed to appear for enquiry. If the petitioner appears for enquiry along with the necessary records, they will consider and take action based on the complaint of the petitioner. 4.Considering the limited scope of the prayer sought for in this petition and recording the submission of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this Court hereby directs the petitioner to appear before the 3rd respondent police on 19.04.2025 for enquiry and produce all the 2/4

relevant records, thereafter, the 3rd respondent is directed to conduct enquiry and take appropriate action within a period of 15 days from the date of this order in accordance with law.

5.With the above observations and directions, this Writ Petition is disposed of.
