ORDER

The petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to renew the petitioner F.L.3 licence for the period 2021-2022 within the premises of Sri Annapoorna Tower, No.48, Kuruvikaran Salai, Near Anna Bus Stand, Madurai District, based on the petitioner's representation dated 05.04.2021.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents would bring it to the notice of this Court that the licence had already been cancelled vide proceedings of the first respondent in br/K/M/vz/k(k)M2(1) 2000/2021 dated 27.04.2021 and therefore, the petitioner has to challenge the cancellation order in the manner known to law. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

3. In view of the subsequent cancellation order passed, this writ petition is dismissed. The petitioner is at liberty to challenge the said order, in the manner known to law. No Costs.
