ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner/Accused No.2, apprehending arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Sections 342, 294(b), 307 and 506(ii) of IPC, in Crime No.319 of 2018, seeks anticipatory bail.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) for the respondent. 3.The petitioner hit the defacto complainant with cricket bat on the head and other parts of the body. The defacto complainant in hospital for three days. Therefore, the petitioner is directed to pay a sum of Rs.5,000/- towards the treatment of defendant complainant and obtained a receipt thereafter. The police will facilitate the process of passing of payment and getting the receipt.

4.Subject to the above condition, this Court is inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner with certain other conditions. Accordingly, the petitioner is ordered to be released on bail in the event of arrest or on his appearance before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Kovilpatti and on his executing a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) with two sureties each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the learned https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

Magistrate concerned and on further condition that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation. The petitioner shall comply with the conditions stipulated under Section 438 Cr.P.C. scrupulously. 5.The petitioner shall appear before the concerned Magistrate within a period of 15 days from the date on which the order copy made ready, failing which, the petition for anticipatory bail shall stand dismissed.
