[Order of the Court was made by ABDUL QUDDHOSE, J.] This Writ Petition has been filed for a Mandamus seeking for a direction to the respondents to grant permission and protection for conducting Cock Fight as per the schedule dated 04.06.2022 and https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

W.P(MD)No.10291 of 2022 05.06.2022 at Myttanpatti Village, Kallikudi Taluk, Madurai District, by considering the petitioner's representation, dated 29.04.2022.

2.The learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents, on instructions, submits before this Court that the representation of the petitioner, dated 29.04.2022 has already been considered and the same has been rejected. Since the petitioner's representation has been rejected, the only remedy available to the petitioner is to challenge the rejection order, dated 16.05.2022, which has been placed before this Court.

3.After recording the statement made by the learned Special Government Pleader, this Writ Petition is disposed of by granting liberty to the petitioner to challenge the rejection order, dated 16.05.2022 in the manner known to the petitioner under law. No costs.
