This petition has been filed by the petitioner to direct the 2nd respondent to comply the order made by the learned Judicial Magistrate Court No.II, Nagercoil in Crl.M.P.No.4795 of 2024 dated 06.02.2025.

The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondents no.1 and 2 would submit that they already complied the order of the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Nagercoil and registered a case in Crime No.187 of 2025 dated 07.04.2025. Therefore, nothing survives for further adjudication in this case.
