O R D E R

This Revision is filed seeking a direction to the Rent Control Appellate Authority, Principal Subordinate Judge, Thiruchirappalli to dispose of R.C.A.No.55 of 2008 within a time frame.

2. Mr.R.Devaraj, learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is a landlord and an Eviction petition in R.C.O.P.No.90 of 2005 was filed on the ground of willful default and the same was allowed on 08.10.2007.

3. Against that order, the respondent has preferred an appeal before the Rent Control Appellate Authority in R.C.A.No.55 of 2008. Since, the respondent has not paid the rent from the year 2005, an application in I.A.No.358 of 2015 was filed by the petitioner under Section 11(4) of Tamil Nadu Buildings (Lease & Rent Control) Act 1960, before the Appellate Authority. However, both the application as well as the appeal are being adjourned without any progress, which causes prejudice to the interest of the petitioner.

4. Considering the above submissions, the Rent Control Appellate Authority, Principal Subordinate Judge, Thriuchirappalli is directed to dispose of both the I.A.No.358 of 2015 as well as https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

R.C.A.No.55 of 2008 as expeditiously as possible, preferably on or before 31.08.2016.

5. With the above direction, this Civil Revision Petition is disposed of. No costs.
