ORDER

This revision is filed seeking for a direction to the learned District Munsif, Trichy to dispose of EP No.20 of 2015 in O.S.No.1596 of 2012 within the stipulated time. 2.Heard Mr.R.N.Kamesh, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and perused the materials available on records. 3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the suit filed by the petitioner for recovery of possession, was decreed on 15.09.2014. Based on the decree, the petitioner has filed an Execution Petition in the year 2015, but the respondent in order to drag on the proceedings has filed the petition one after another and the delay causes prejudice to the interest of the petitioner.

4.Considering the above said submissions, this Court directs the learned District Munsif, Trichy to dispose of EP No.20 of 2015 in O.S.No.1596 of 2012, as expeditiously as possible, preferably on or before 31.12.2016.

With the above direction, the civil revision petition is disposed of. No costs.
