ORDER
(Order of the Court was made by S.M.SUBRAMANIAM, J.) The writ on hand has been instituted to direct the respondents to remove the encroachment made in Survey Nos.780/10 and 780/11 situated at Perumal Kovilpatti, Ambathurai Panchayath, Athur Taluka, Dindigul District.
2.Based on the written instructions given by the Tahsildar, Aathur, the learned Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 to 6 & 8, submitted that a survey was conducted pursuant to the interim direction issued by this Court.

3.The authorities identified the encroachments in Survey No. 780/11. However, there is no encroachment in Survey No.780/10. With regard to the encroachments identified in Survey No.780/11 is concerned, enforcement actions are initiated.
4.In view of the above submissions, the official respondents are directed to continue the enforcement actions by complying with the procedures as contemplated under law and remove the encroachments, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
5.With the above directions, this Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
