ORDER

This Civil Revision Petition is filed to direct the learned Sub Judge, Vedasanthur, to number the unnumbered suit in O.S.SR No.161 of 2021 and to decide the same on merits and in accordance with law.

2.Considering the fact that proper explanations have not been given for the returns, the plaintiffs shall re-present the paper explaining each of the returns made with documents, if any, and on such re-presentation, the learned Sub Judge, Vedasanthur, shall pass orders either to number it or in case, the learned Judge entertains a doubt, he shall post the matter for arguments of maintainability, hear the plaintiffs and pass orders. The said exercise shall be completed within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order along with the plaint with due clarifications. The original plaint shall be returned to the learned counsel for the revision petitioners, after getting necessary endorsement by the Registry.

C.R.P.(PD) (MD) No.969 of 2021 3.With the above observation and direction, this Civil Revision Petition stands dismissed. However, there shall be no order as to costs.
