Today when the matter has come up for hearing, after hearing the arguments of both parties, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the Civil Revision Petition, with liberty to raise the grounds raised in the Civil Revision Petition, at the time of hearing in I.A.No.441 of 2015 in O.S.No.1603 of 2006, before the Court below and he has https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

also made an endorsement to that effect. Further, the learned counsel appearing on either side, pray for a direction to the Court below to dispose of I.A.No.441 of 2015 in O.S.No.1603 of 2006 within the time to be stipulated by this Court. 2.In view of the same, this Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as withdrawn, with liberty to the petitioner to raise all the grounds raised in the Civil Revision Petition before the Court below in I.A.No.441 of 2015 in O.S.No.1603 of 2006 and the Court below is directed to consider the same on merits and in accordance with law and dispose of I.A.No.441 of 2015 in O.S.No.1603 of 2006 within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
