O R D E R

This Revision is filed seeking a direction to the learned District Munsif cum Judicial Magistrate, Keeranur to dispose of the suit in O.S.No.18 of 2009, within a time frame.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has filed a suit in the year 2009 for declaration and permanent injunction. The respondent filed his written statement on 19.06.2009 and subsequently, the suit was being adjourned without any progress.

3. Eventually, the issues were framed on 24.09.2010 and subsequently, it was posed in the list on 05.06.2013. However, the trial has not yet commenced in this case.

4. Considering the above facts, learned District Munsif cum Judicial Magistrate, Keeranur is directed to dispose of the suit in O.S.No.18 of 2009 as expeditiously as possible, preferably on or before 30.11.2016.

5. With the above direction, this Civil Revision Petition is disposed of. No costs.
