ORDER

This revision is filed seeking for a direction to the Principal District Court, Dindigul to dispose of the application in I.A.No.262 of 2014 in unnumbered C.M.A.SR.No.8531 of 2014, within a time frame.

2. Mr.S.Natarajan, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that aggrieved over the order passed under Order 21 Rule 90 of C.P.C, the petitioner has preferred an appeal before the District Court, Dindigul along with an application to condone the delay in the year 2014. However, the application is being adjourned without any proper reason for the past two years and there is an urgency in this case.

3. Considering the above facts, the learned Principal District Judge, Dindigul shall dispose of the application in I.A.No.262 of 2014 in unnumbered C.M.A.SR.No.8531 of 2014 as expeditiously as possible preferably on or before 31.07.2016.

4. With the above direction, this Civil Revision Petition is disposed of. No costs.
