ORDER

Let me not enter into a detailed discussion on facts because the learned Government Advocate forwarded an internal communication from the Revenue Divisional Office to the District Revenue Officer dated 25.04.2023 in K:/K/m3/3709/2022 wherein a proposal had been forwarded.

2. Since the issue is now pending consideration of the District Revenue Officer/ second respondent, a direction is now issued that the District Revenue Officer, Virudhunagar, to ensure that notice is issued to the petitioner herein and after ensuring that the notice is served, give opportunity to the petitioner and thereafter pass a considered order. The entire exercise may be completed on or before 31.08.2023.
