ORDER

********* The first respondent herein is a chit company. The revision petitioners and the private respondent had taken bid for the chit amount. They later committed default. Therefore, the first respondent initiated arbitration proceedings by raising a chit dispute. The Deputy Registrar of Chits, Madurai South allowed C.D.No.73 of 2013 filed by the first respondent. To execute the same first respondent filed E.P.No.23 of 2015 before the I Additional Sub Court, Madurai. An order of attachment was passed which was questioned by the revision petitioners herein. 2.The revision petitioners are the guarantors and the only ground taken in this Civil Revision Petition is that they are Government Servants and salary attachment will cause hardship to them. The revision petitioners have not shown any reasons that the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

attachment is bad in law. There is no merit in the case to interfere.

3.Accordingly, this Civil Revision Petition is dismissed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is also closed.
