Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court To issue a writ of Mandamus to directing the 1st and 2nd respondents to consider the petitioner's representation dated on 11.5.2015 within a time frame that may be stipulated by this Hon'ble Court and directing the 1st and 2nd respondents to correct the birth certificates of the petitioner childrens (Arjun, Abesheik) in the petitioner name Kodimalar and her husband name Muthazhakan, and issue a fresh birth certificates to the petitioner childrens and pass such further or other orders.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and perused the documents filed in the form of typed set of papers.

3. In the order dated 01.07.2015, which is sought to be reviewed herein, this Court has not expressed any opinion on the merits of the case, but, only directed the petitioners herein / respondents 1 and 2 in the Writ Petition to consider the representation of the first respondent / writ petitioner on merits and in accordance with law.

4. In such view of the matter, this Court finds no ground for reviewing the order of this Court dated 01.07.2015. Hence, this Review Application is dismissed. Needless to state, it is always open to the review petitioners to consider the representation of the first respondent / writ petitioner in the light of the materials to be produced by her and pass appropriate orders, on merits. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
