ORDER
This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the second respondent to register FIR against the proposed accused person based on the complaint of the petitioner dated 21.06.2018. 2.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner lodged a complaint against the proposed accused stating that the proposed accused are said to have assaulted the petitioner and her husband and also have stolen some temple properties worth about Rs.1,00,000/-. Since no action has been taken on the said complaint, the petitioner has filed the present petition before this Court.
3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondents would submit that the enquiry is still pending before the respondent police. He would further submit that if the petitioner co-operates for enquiry, the same will be completed within one week.
4.In the light of the above submission, the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police, as and when required by the respondent police and co-operate for the enquiry. Thereafter, the respondent police is also directed to complete the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
investigation within a period of one week from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and if any cognizable offence is made out, the respondent police shall register a case and proceed further in accordance with law and if it is not, the respondent police shall drop further proceedings.
5.With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
