Prayer in CRL OP(MD).No. 6412 of 2022:- This Petition filed under Section 482 of Cr. P.C., praying this Court to call for the records pertaining to the FIR in Cr.No.11/2021 on the file of the 1st Respondent police and quash the same in respect of the petitioner.
ORDER:- This Petition coming on for hearing on this day and upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.V.Malaiyendran, Advocate for the Petitioner and of Mr. N.Vaikkam Karunanithi, Government Advocate (Crl.
