ORDER
The petitioner has filed the present Writ Petition to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to dispose of his representation dated 11.06.2020 within the time frame stipulated by this Court.
2.Mr.M.Pandiarajan, learned Additional Government Pleader takes notice for the respondents.
3.By consent, the Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal at the stage of admission itself.
4.According to the petitioner, he made a representation dated 11.06.2020 to the respondents to sub-divide and issue separate patta to the petitioner with regard to the lands in Survey Nos.76/1, 76/2, 76/12 and 76/13 situated at Valayanenthal Village, Thiruppuvanam Taluk, Sivagangai District. Since no action has been taken on the side of the respondents, the petitioner has filed the present Writ Petition.
5.The learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents submitted that the petitioner's representation dated 11.06.2020 would be considered on merits and in accordance with https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2
W.P.(MD)No.10429 of 2020 law, within a time frame to be fixed by this Court. 6.In view of the submission made by the learned Additional Government Pleader, this Court, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, directs the first respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 11.06.2020 and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law, after affording due opportunity of hearing to the petitioner and other interested parties, if any, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
7.With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
